Use and plans

You are responsible for checking the subtitles and generated notes for your use. Monthly plans, trials, cancellations, and payment are handled by the hosted checkout provider; the checkout page controls the current price and billing period. After cancellation, the paid period normally remains available until it ends.

Refunds

For duplicate charges, clear technical billing errors, or refunds required by law, contact dantecrisgrand@gmail.com within 30 days with the account email and order details. We review requests within 10 business days and issue eligible refunds through the original payment channel. Used billing periods are normally non-refundable unless applicable law says otherwise.

Content and limits

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized material. Captions, video platforms, AI services, and networks are third-party dependencies; the service can be unavailable or return incomplete results. You must review generated content before relying on it.

Disclaimers and user responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for submitted material, exported notes, and how you use them, and must respect platform terms and copyright. We may limit or suspend access for abuse, unlawful content, or security risk. To the extent permitted by law, CodeVideoNote is not liable for indirect losses; direct liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event.

Termination and contact

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for serious abuse, unlawful activity, or security risk. For support, refunds, or account requests, email dantecrisgrand@gmail.com. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page.

Notes and images stay local by default; only necessary content is sent when you request AI generation.
